Answers to Frequently Asked Tenant Questions
Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 10th of the month. Late charges would begin on the 11th.
Our preferred method of payment is ACH payments through our property management system, Buildium. We also accept cashiers checks, checks, or money orders by mail.
To submit a maintenance request, please contact your building's super directly.
We typically send out lease renewals 90 days before your lease expiration. If you plan to move out at the end of your lease, we ask that you let us know at least 30 days in advance.
